Our process
Here, flavour is not rushed. It is born from the earth, from the choice of peppers — some grown by us and others selected from local producers —, it grows with artisanal care and gains character with time. In small batches, we create hot sauces and chilli jams with identity, some slowly fermented for months to reveal depth, balance, and intensity.
