Madeiran Sriracha is a fermented chilli sauce, handmade on the island of Madeira, resulting in an intense aromatic profile with balanced acidity and a medium spiciness level that enhances and complements various dishes.

Made in small batches, through a controlled natural fermentation process, it offers an aromatic, slightly acidic, and versatile flavour. It is ideal for grilled meats, seafood, pizzas, pasta, tacos, and Asian-inspired dishes.
